Yes. The three pillars work independently. Many teams start with AI in Design or AI in Content first because the impact is immediate. Code is great when you have devs, but it’s not a prerequisite.
How does the AI Setup work in practice?
We start with an AI Intake. Together we walk through how your team works today and where AI can take work off your plate. Then we build the workflow in 2 to 4 weeks: tooling, prompts, components, guidelines. Your team works with us during the build, so by the time we leave they own it.
